We will build a green product design and manufacturing system with Hainan characteristics, vigorously create green factories, zero-carbon demonstration factories and zero-carbon parks, and comprehensively promote the construction of green mines. By 2027, 40 green factories will be built, and the proportion of green industry will be further increased. Cities and counties formulate plans for the prevention and control of environmental pollution caused by industrial solid waste, urge enterprises producing waste to obtain emission permits according to regulations, and fill in electronic accounts for industrial solid waste management. Strengthen the standardized management of industrial solid waste storage sites, and strengthen measures to prevent leakage, rain and dust. Complete the investigation and treatment of typical bulk industrial solid waste storage sites. Implement the mechanism of classified and graded environmental supervision and dynamic adjustment of tailings reservoir, and compact the main responsibility of environmental risk provention and control of tailings reservoir enterprises. By the end of 2027, the electronic account filling rate of enterprises with annual production of industrial solid waste exceeding 1000 tons will reach 100%.
At present, the cement industry is facing the double test of energy conservation, environmental protection and industrial intelligence and upgrading. In order to implement the relevant policy requirements and accelerate the green low-carbon transformation and high-quality development of the cement industry, China Cement Network is scheduled to launch the project from September 23 to 24.
