On July 29, the e-commerce platform of China Huadian Group issued a tender announcement for centralized procurement of photovoltaic modules by China Huadian Group Co., Ltd. in 2025-2026. The content of the announcement shows that this collection includes two bidding sections of N-type TOPCon component frame and N-type high-efficiency component frame. The procurement scope is N-type TOPCon monocrystalline silicon double-sided double-glass components and N-type high-efficiency monocrystalline silicon double-sided double-glass components required by some new energy projects of Huadian Group within the validity period of the framework. The estimated procurement scale is 18 GW and 2G W respectively.

The bidding project is divided into 2 bid sections, specifically:

(1) Bid section I (N-type TOPCon module framework) (CHDTDZ046/16-SB-16201): N-type TOPCon monocrystalline silicon double-sided double-glass modules required by some new energy projects of Huadian Group within the validity period of the framework. The module and cell size is not limited, the module conversion efficiency is > 22.5%, and the estimated purchase scale is 18000MW.

(2) Bid Section II (N-type high-efficiency module framework) (CHDTDZ046/16-SB-16202): N-type TOPCon, HJT, BC and other types of high-efficiency monocrystalline silicon double-sided double-glass modules required by some new energy projects of Huadian Group within the validity period of the framework, the size of modules and cells is not limited. The module conversion efficiency is 23.8%, and the estimated procurement scale is 2000MW. In

addition to good business reputation, operating conditions and corresponding qualifications, the bidder's cumulative domestic contract performance of N-type monocrystalline silicon photovoltaic modules (nominal power not less than 575 Wp) from January 1, 2024 to the deadline for bidding (subject to the time of contract signing) shall not be less than 1000 MW. Consortium bidding and agent bidding are not accepted for

this project, except for the sales enterprises that belong to the same group company as the bidding product manufacturer. The deadline for bid
