The Digital New Energy DataBM. Com was informed that on July 30, Hebei Qinhuangdao Maritime Safety Administration issued a notice on the postponement of the construction of China Power Construction Qinhuangdao Changli 300000 kW Sea Photovoltaic Project (Bid Section 1) .
The announcement shows that the offshore construction of the project will be postponed to September 30 , 2025 due to construction needs , and other construction matters will remain unchanged. It is understood that the project was originally scheduled to be completed at 24:00 on July 30, 2025. According to
public information, the project, located in the northeast sea area of Luanhe Estuary, Changli County, Qinhuangdao City, Hebei Province, started construction on June 7, 2025, and was constructed by China Electric Power Construction Changli County New Energy Co., Ltd . The total installed capacity of the DC side is about 300 MW, and the total installed capacity of the AC side is about 250 MW. The ships involved in the construction of the
project include Huaxi 1, Yongsheng 799, Shunxin 588, Jinlong Shuangxin, Gangjiantuo 7006, Yuhang 1500, Gangqing 16 and Zhenxin 6.
