project are a batch of waste equipment and facilities of Southwest Communications Construction Group Co., Ltd. It mainly includes buildings, structures and other auxiliary facilities, machinery and equipment, totaling 424 items. It is currently stored in the factory area of Jinsuo Industrial Development Zone, Xundian Hui and Yi Autonomous County, Kunming City, Yunnan Province.

It is understood that Yunnan Construction Yunling Cement Co., Ltd. was established in 2006 and is a subsidiary of Yunnan Construction Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd. Yunnan Jiangong Yunling Cement Co., Ltd. has a 1167 t/d cement clinker production line, which was completed and put into operation in 2009.
