On November 26, the Office of Industry and Information Technology of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region issued a public announcement on the replacement plan of Yecheng Tianshan Cement Co., Ltd. and Korla Tianshan Cement Co., Ltd. The publicity period is from November 26, 2025 to December 9, 2025 (10 working days).

The announcement shows that the original 3000t/d cement clinker line capacity of Turpan Tianshan Cement Co., Ltd. is transferred to Yecheng Tianshan Cement Co., Ltd. by 1500t/d, and the capacity is supplemented by 5000t/d, with a replacement ratio of 1.5: 1; The remaining 1500t/d capacity of Turpan Tianshan Cement is transferred to the 2000t/d cement clinker line of Korla Tianshan Cement Co., Ltd., and the capacity is 3500t/d after supplementation, with a replacement ratio of 1.5: 1.
