auction includes a complete set of production machinery and equipment (including some structures related to production), including all equipment, power supply facilities, warehouses and other structures directly related to production, which involve scrap iron and steel and other scrap materials (including solid waste, hazardous waste disposal and waste materials).

The above target is located beside Jinhun Highway, Kanglang Village, Fuxing Community, Changshui Street Office, Guandu District, Kunming City, Yunnan Province, and has been shut down since March 2025.

2024, Huaxin Cement announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary , Yunnan Huaxin Dongjun Cement Co., Ltd. and Yunnan State-owned Cement Kunming Co., Ltd. Transfer its land use right and non-current assets such as above-ground buildings, attachments, machinery and equipment to the Changshui Street Office of the People's Government of Guandu District, Kunming City, Yunnan Province.
