In order to fully reflect the demands of enterprises in the photovoltaic industry and solicit opinions and suggestions from the industry, it is hoped that all units will focus on price behavior norms, price control mechanism, price supervision and inspection, legal liability and other aspects, and put forward suggestions, suggestions and reasons for the revision of the draft.

On August 6, the China Photovoltaic Industry Association issued a circular in response to the draft amendment to the Price Law (draft for comments), which is currently open to the public for comments. In order to fully reflect the demands of enterprises in the photovoltaic industry , we seek opinions and suggestions from the industry, and hope that all units will focus on price behavior norms, price control mechanism, price supervision and inspection, legal liability and other aspects. Put forward opinions, suggestions and reasons for the revision of the draft.

Relevant units:

The National Development and Reform Commission and the General Administration of Market Supervision have studied and drafted the Draft Amendment to the Price Law (Draft for Soliciting Opinions), and have recently solicited opinions from the public. In order to fully reflect the demands of enterprises in the photovoltaic industry, the China Photovoltaic Industry Association is now publicly soliciting opinions and suggestions from various units on the Draft Amendment to the Price Law (Draft for Opinions), inviting relevant units to focus on price behavior norms, price control mechanism, price supervision and inspection, and legal responsibility in light of the actual situation of the photovoltaic industry.
