On December 4, the Xiashan Branch of Weifang Ecological Environment Bureau of Shandong Province issued a public announcement on the 45MW agricultural-photovoltaic complementary https://www.databm.
in Xiashan District of Weifang, Shandong Huadian. The project is a major change re-approved project , with a total investment of 222.65 million yuan . The construction site is located in Shanjie Street, Xiashan Eco-economic Development Zone, Weifang City, Shandong Province. The photovoltaic area includes four blocks. The construction unit is Huadian (Weifangxia Mountain Area) New Energy Development Co., Ltd. with a construction period of 6 months.

It is planned to adopt 550 Wp high-efficiency double-sided ". The Energy Bureau of Shandong Province issued the Notice on Publishing the List of Market-oriented Grid-connected Projects in 2024, and the scale of this project included in the list of market-oriented grid-connected projects in 2024 is 45 MW . The remaining 15 MW capacity needs to be declared for the next market-oriented grid connection list .
Accordingly, the construction scale and content of the project are adjusted. In the first phase, the AC side capacity is 45MW and the DC side capacity is 56.
In order to meet the adjustment demand, the construction unit is within the existing approved capacity range. According to the location of the built booster station and photovoltaic area, the scope of land use will be adjusted nearby: transfer out of Liugezhuang Village, reduce the land use of Dongxiawan Village, and incorporate part of the land use of Yanjiazhuang Village and Dahangying Village into the project land.
The final project changes include : the installed capacity is adjusted from 60 MW to 45 MW; the number of photovoltaic areas is adjusted from 3 to 4 (the construction of the original photovoltaic area 3 is abandoned, the new photovoltaic plots 1 and 2 are added, and the area of photovoltaic plot 3 (the original photovoltaic area 1) and photovoltaic plot 4 (the original photovoltaic area 2) is reduced).
