Recently, the Bureau of Industry and Information Technology of Xuchang City, Henan Province, issued the "Capacity Replacement Plan for the 5000 Tons Per Day Cement Clinker Project of Yuzhou Cement Co., Ltd. of Tianrui Group and the Capacity Transfer Plan for the 5000 Tons Per Day Cement Clinker Project of Yuzhou Cement Co., Ltd. of Tianrui Group".
The replacement plan shows that Yuzhou Cement of Tianrui Group withdraws from a 5000t/d clinker production line , of which 2600t/d clinker production capacity is used for 4500t/d clinker production line of Yuzhou Cement Shallow Well Branch of Tianrui Group, with a capacity of 5800t/d after replenishment; The clinker production capacity
of 2400t/d is used to supplement the 10000t/d clinker production line of Zhengzhou Cement of Tianrui Group . After the supplement, the production capacity is 11200t/d, and the replacement ratio is 2:1.
The withdrawal production line has been shut down in November and is planned to be dismantled and withdrawn in December 2026.
