On December 3, the photovoltaic power generation project of the 222nd Regiment of the 12th Division of Southwest Oil and Gas Field Sinkiang Production and Construction Corps (Phase I 240000 kilowatts)-public bidding for the implementation of part of EPC general contracting (photovoltaic field tender section) in 2025.
The announcement shows that the tenderer of the project is Xinjiang Beiting Southwest Oil New Energy Co., Ltd. , located in the Zhundong Industrial Park of the 222nd Regiment of the 12th Division of the Sinkiang Production and Construction Corps (Fukang City, Changji Prefecture, Xinjiang).
The project plans to build a new photovoltaic power station with 120 MW on the AC side (147.0144 MWp on the DC side) and install 237 120 620WpN double-sided photovoltaic modules . There are about 5,920 tons of photovoltaic brackets , 375 320 KW string inverters and 25 4800 KVA box transformers, which are connected with various types of power cables. The scope of
project bidding includes construction drawing design, material procurement, construction, completion test (including all kinds of special acceptance), overall handover of the project, compilation and filing of completion data, defect liability repair and project quality warranty. The bidder is required to have at least one EPC general contracting performance of 100MW and above photovoltaic grid-connected power generation projects from January 1, 2022 to the deadline for bidding.
The project is planned to commence on the date when the contract is signed and comes into effect; the construction period is 90 calendar days (including 30 calendar days of construction drawing design period). Consortium bidding is accepted for
this project . The
deadline and time of bid opening is 08:00 (Beijing time) on December 24, 2025.
