Due to major policy adjustments , it has been abolished by the bidding unit, Xinjiang Tongguang Science and Technology Co., Ltd. According to the

previous tender announcement, 580 Wp and 630 Wp single-product silicon double-sided double-glass photovoltaic modules are tentatively installed in the photovoltaic plant area of the project (subject to the construction drawings), and the photovoltaic sub-array form of fixed bracket + box inverter is adopted. After collecting the 35kV power collection line in the field, it will be connected to the 220kV booster station.

It is worth noting that the project has been changed many times before: on July 8, 2024, the project was terminated for the first time due to the adjustment of bidding content; on July 21, the project was re-tendered, and four EPC bid sections were merged into one, and one supervision bid section was retained; On December 14, the consortium of six companies, including Hongying Intelligent Subsidiary, won the bid with 4.92 billion yuan.

Now, one year later, the result of winning the bid has been abolished again.
