Over the past

I. Energy Revolution: Building a Multi-energy Complementary System
In the face of the challenge of high energy consumption in the cement industry, Conch Group firmly promoted the green and low-carbon reform, promoted the upgrading of the energy structure, invested heavily in the construction of new energy projects such as wind, solar and storage, with the installed capacity of new energy power stations reaching 1GW, and actively explored the use of hydrogen energy in the cement industry.
At the same time, we will increase the use of alternative fuels, build the first biomass alternative fuel project in the domestic cement industry in Zongyang Conch, and promote the use of alternative fuels in more than 80% of clinker base companies.
In Jining, Shandong Province, the industry's first "zero power purchase" low-carbon park has been built, which integrates five clean energy sources, namely, photovoltaic, wind power, waste heat, garbage and biomass, and supports AI load balance dispatching system to achieve 100% renewable energy use and annual carbon dioxide emission reduction of about 52000 tons.

Build the first AI model in the building materials industry, and achieve application breakthroughs in more than 40 scenarios. In Jining "Zero Power Purchase" Park, AI model can predict wind and solar power generation 24 hours in advance, and intelligent dispatching system can put forward production suggestions accordingly, so as to realize the dynamic balance of "production based on demand and energy adjustment based on production".

3. Reducing emissions and reducing carbon to build a green manufacturing benchmark
Conch Group strengthens the implementation of ultra-low pollutant transformation, and actively assumes social and environmental responsibilities while achieving its own development. More than 6 billion yuan has been invested in the implementation of ultra-low emission transformation of pollutants, independent research and development of key technologies such as SCR deep denitrification, and the average emission concentration of sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides and particulate matter is significantly lower than national standard.
Comprehensive development of the project of co-disposal of solid and hazardous wastes by cement kilns, promotion of more than 100 environmental protection projects in 21 provinces and municipalities in China, and annual disposal of solid and hazardous wastes exceeding 10 million tons, has become a veritable "purifier" of the city and a "good helper" of the government.
Through a series of systematic measures, Conch Group's green and low-carbon transformation has achieved remarkable results.
Compared with the end of the 13th Five-Year Plan, the comprehensive energy consumption per ton of clinker decreased by 13%, the carbon dioxide emission concentration per ton of clinker decreased by 4%, and the total carbon emission decreased by 20%. The average emission concentration of sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides and particulate matter at the main emission outlets of cement enterprises is far below the allowable value of national and local emission standards, of which the concentration of nitrogen oxides has decreased by 52% compared with the end of the 13th Five-Year Plan.
