Chizhou Conch's Invasion of National Nature Reserve for Photovoltaic Construction Is Required to Rectify

Recently, the Forestry Bureau of Guichi District issued the Announcement on the Completion of the Rectification of the Photovoltaic Problem in the Construction of Shengjin Lake National Nature Reserve by Chizhou Conch Cement Co., Ltd. of Anhui Province, which was found in the verification of the "Green Shield" Nature Reserve in 2024. According to

the announcement, Anhui Chizhou Conch Cement Co., Ltd. has occupied the No.2 photovoltaic point of Shengjin Lake National Nature Reserve. The rectification measures require that the photovoltaic facilities in the protected area be demolished and the waste after demolition be properly handled, and that a long-term management mechanism be established and improved to prevent similar problems from happening again.

At present, Chizhou Conch has completed the rectification according to the above requirements. The inspection of "Green Shield" Nature Reserve in

2024 found that the problem of Anhui Chizhou Conch Cement Co., Ltd. encroaching on the No.2 photovoltaic point (202403-341702-N1-041-ED-0002) of Shengjin Lake National Nature Reserve has been rectified and passed the self-inspection and acceptance. According to the requirements of the Notice of the Office of the Chizhou construction of ecological civilization and Eco-environmental Protection Committee on the Rectification and Marketing of the "Green Shield" Nature Reserve, The completion of the rectification of the problem is announced as follows:
