in 2025 include "four batches" of projects started, under construction, completed and reserved. Among them, there are 1252 projects under construction, under construction and completed, with a total investment of about 3.2 trillion yuan and an annual planned investment of 480 billion yuan, and 316 reserve projects, with a total investment of about 1.2 trillion yuan. 1. Tongliang Southwest Cement Plant Relocation Project . The project constructs a clinker and grinding production line with a daily output of 7300 tons and a sand aggregate production line with an annual output of 2 million tons.

Wansheng Green Building Materials Circular Economy Industrial Park , the first phase of construction of a production line with an annual output of 5 million tons of sand and gravel aggregate; the second phase of construction of a production line with a daily output of 5000 tons of cement clinker and supporting facilities; List of key municipal reserve projects for the construction of production lines
with a daily output of 5,000 tons of cement clinker in the third phase:
Southeast Chongqing Cement Clinker Base Construction Project, the project content is to build a new production line
with a daily output of 5,000 tons of cement clinker.
