announcement, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's "Measures for the Implementation of Capacity Replacement in Cement and Glass Industry (2024 edition)" (Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's original [2024] 206) and the relevant policy requirements for capacity management in the cement industry, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued the "Measures for the Implementation of Capacity Replacement in Cement and Glass Industry". According to the request of Qinyang BBMG Jidong Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. for publicizing the capacity transfer scheme of the new dry process production line of 2500 tons/day clinker for comprehensive utilization of carbide slag, the capacity of the 2500 tons/day clinker production line of Qinyang BBMG is now reduced and replaced according to 2: Transferred to Boai BBMG Cement Co., Ltd. to upgrade and transform the foundation of the existing 2500t/d cement clinker production line of Boai BBMG into a 3750t/d cement clinker production line project.
