of December 12, Tianshan announced that its subsidiaries intend to transfer the capacity indicators of seven cement clinker production lines, totaling 17,850t/d, equivalent to an annual capacity of 5.355 million tons. The total transfer amount is about 297 million yuan. This transaction is intended to be transferred by public listing, and does not involve personnel placement, land leasing and debt restructuring. This transaction does not constitute a major asset reorganization stipulated in the Measures for the Administration of Major Asset Reorganization of Listed Companies.
