On December 13, Guangzhou announced the successful candidates for the centralized procurement of photovoltaic modules in 2025-2026. The two bid sections purchase N-type double-sided components and BC components respectively, with a total bidding scale of 1.2G W. Four successful candidates were shortlisted for each bid section. According to
the previous bidding information, the first bid section of the project: N-type double-sided components; estimated capacity of 800 MWp ; power requirements: 610-650Wp; technical requirements: TOPcon/HJT technology. The length of each component is not more than 2468 mm, and the width is not more than 1136 mm. Performance requirements of
the bidder: from January 1, 2022 to the date of publication of this tender announcement (including the date of publication), the cumulative amount of domestic contracts signed by the bidder for N-type crystalline silicon modules shall not be less than 4GWp.
LOT II: BC Assembly; Estimated Capacity 400 MWp; Power Requirements: 610-650 Wp; Technical Requirements: BC Technology. The length of each component is not more than 2468 mm, and the width is not more than 1136 mm.
Bidder's performance requirements: from January 1, 2022 to the date of publication of this tender announcement (including the date of publication), the cumulative amount of contracts signed by the bidder for N-type BC components shall not be less than 10MWp.
It is worth noting that the maximum bidding price of this procurement tender is RMB 0.77/Wp. The bid winner shall be able to supply goods to the third party designated by the Tenderee according to the bid price of the project. However, in the final shortlisted price, a new energy technology Co., Ltd. is higher than price limit in the second bid section of BC components.
