The board of directors of the company recently received the resignation report submitted by director Sun Wei , who applied to resign as a director of the company and a member of the audit committee due to internal work adjustment. After resignation, Ms. Sun Wei will no longer hold any position in the company.
At the same time, the board of directors of the company nominates Li Kecun as a candidate for non-independent director of the sixth board of directors, whose term of office is from the date of approval by the shareholders'meeting to the date of expiration of the sixth board of directors. At the same time, it was agreed to appoint Mr. Li Kecun as the deputy general manager of the Company for a term commencing from the date of approval by the Board meeting and ending on the expiry date of the sixth session of the Board.
