According to the Request for Announcement on the Cancellation of the Transfer of the Production Capacity Index of the Production Line with a Daily Output of 2000 Tons of Cement Clinker of Wuhai Xishui Cement Co., Ltd. and the Replacement Scheme of the Supplementary Production Capacity of the Project with a Daily Output of 5300 Tons of Cement Clinker (Wu Gong Xin Fa [2025] No.105) issued by the Bureau of Industry and Information Technology of Wuhai City, The cancellation of the transfer announcement is in line with the relevant provisions of the Capacity Replacement Measures. The Office of Industry and Information Technology of the Autonomous Region has cancelled and announced the transfer of the 2000t/d new dry process cement clinker production line capacity index of Wuhai Xishui Cement Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as "Wuhai Xishui"). The public is welcome to supervise.
Wuhai Xishui and Harqin Grassland Cement Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as "Harqin Grassland Cement") belong to Ningxia Building Materials Group Co., Ltd. According to the production capacity index of the cement clinker production line with a daily output of 2000 tons in Wuhai Xishui, the 2 # cement clinker production line in the hospital was replaced with a supplementary production capacity of 700 tons in the proportion of 1:1. According to the Request for Public Announcement on the Supplementary Capacity Replacement Scheme for the Cement Clinker Production Line of Harqin Grassland Cement Co., Ltd. (Chigong Xinfa [2025] No.167) issued by Chifeng Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, the remaining 1300 tons of production capacity index of Wuhai Xishui is based on the ratio of 1.5: Replacement of 867 tons of supplementary capacity for Harqin Grassland Cement Clinker Production Line. The Cement Association of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region organized experts to verify and confirm the output of the above clinker production line. The replacement plan of supplementary production capacity of Wuhai Xishui 5300 tons per day and Harqin Grassland Cement 5367 tons per day cement clinker production line is now publicized, and the public is welcome to supervise it.
