Recently, The Bureau of Ecology and Environment of Yongzhou City, Hunan Province issued the announcement of the decision to approve the environmental impact assessment document for the second phase of the Linguang Complementary Photovoltaic Power Generation Project in Xinwei Station, Xintian County.
According to the announcement, the above project is constructed by Datang Huayin Xintian New Energy Co., Ltd. with an overall planned installed capacity of 90 MW . It is designed to install 140,000 monocrystalline silicon PV modules of 715 Wp, with an actual installed capacity of 100.1M Wp .
According to the EIA report published in September, the project was relocated on July 21, 2023 after obtaining the approval of Yongzhou Ecological Environment Bureau on the second phase of Linguang Complementary Photovoltaic Power Generation Project at Xinwei Station, and construction has not yet started.
The project is relocated to Xinwei Town of Xintian County (Baimang Village, Daotang Village, Wucun Village, Xinwei Community and Shanshuitang Community), Sanjing Town (Sanhe Village) and Taoling Town (Kuanghu Community, Dongshan Village, Liuhe Village and Lijia Community).
Among them, the scope of photovoltaic land in Xinwei Town is reduced in the original scope of EIA, and the photovoltaic sub-array in Sanjing Town and Taoling Town is located outside the original scope of EIA, which belongs to the scope of photovoltaic land in the new site.
In addition to the change of land use, the total investment of the project is also changed from the original plan of 451 million yuan to the 32573 of 41 million yuan . The main changes of the project are as follows:
