A 300MW/600MWh electrochemical energy storage power station will be built, a 35KV/220kV booster station will be built, a 320MVA on-load tap-changing transformer will be installed, the 220kV power distribution device in the station will be arranged in the form of GIS equipment prefabricated cabin, and the main transformer will be arranged outdoors and equipped with auxiliary facilities such as distribution room, secondary equipment room and fire fighting. The energy storage device is in the form of container, and the energy storage power station is provided with a partition according to no more than 50 MWh, and the partition is provided with a ring road. There are 12 energy storage system zones, consisting of 60 energy storage units. A single energy storage unit consists of a battery container and a booster integrated machine, and the capacity of a single battery compartment is 10 MWh. The booster integrated machine includes communication power cabinet, 2 sets of 2500 kW PCS and 1 set of 35kV 690 V dry-type transformer with a capacity of 5000KVA. (1) Technical route: This project adopts the technical route of lithium iron phosphate. (2) Application scenario: It is used for power peak-valley price difference arbitrage, and can also be used as a standby power supply to ensure the operation of key equipment in case of power grid outage. (5) Environmental protection and safety: multiple safety protection measures shall be taken, including real-time monitoring and management of battery status by the battery management system (BMS), provision of fire fighting facilities, good grounding and electrical insulation measures, and development of a sound safety management system and contingency plan.
