On December 14, the Qilian Mountain Cement Project in Longnan , which was constructed by Suzhou Sinoma, successfully completed the slip-form construction of the clinker silo , the core structure of the production line. The slipform construction lasted 5 days, with a sliding height of 17.7 meters. Under the severe cold conditions in winter, the construction task was completed with high quality and efficiency, demonstrating the company's excellent winter construction organization ability and technical strength.
In order to ensure the smooth progress of slip-form construction, the project department coordinates technology, safety, materials, manpower and other links in advance, organizes special deployment meetings and safety technical disclosure meetings for all staff, clarifies the key points of risk management and control, and strictly implements the three-level management of "pre-shift inspection, process monitoring and on-site supervision".
Faced with multiple challenges such as low temperature in winter construction and easy icing and congestion in mountain roads, the project department has taken a series of effective measures: special personnel are responsible for traffic guidance in key sections, guiding mixers to enter the site in an orderly manner on foot, and making every effort to ensure the continuous supply of concrete; High-efficiency antifreeze is added during concrete mixing, and special personnel are arranged to monitor the ambient temperature and concrete casting temperature in real time, so as to provide data support for dynamic adjustment of mix proportion and curing scheme. High-brightness lighting system is arranged on site, and management personnel are on duty in shifts to monitor the sliding accuracy and structural verticality in the whole process, so as to ensure 24-hour continuous and accurate sliding. the slip-form construction period, the management team of the project department, together with the owner's representative of Qilian Mountain and the construction team leader, carried out a joint safety inspection to check and accept the slip-form platform one by one, so as to ensure the construction of "zero safety accidents, zero quality risks".
