Gansu Qilianshan Cement Yongdeng, Gulang, Xiahe 3 clinker line capacity announcement

On December 17, the Gansu Provincial Office of Industry and Information Technology issued a public announcement on the replacement scheme of Yongdeng, Gulang and Xiahe cement clinker production lines of Gansu Qilianshan Cement Group Co., Ltd. The publicity time is from December 17 to December 30, 2025 (10 working days).

The announcement shows that the original design capacity of the 2750t/d cement clinker production line of Yongdeng Qilianshan Cement Co., Ltd. is 2000 t/d. The supplementary production capacity of 750t/d comes from a 2500t/d clinker line of Wulanchab u Zhonglian Cement Co., Ltd. (Of which 1500t/d is used in this project), the replacement ratio is 2:1, and the supplementary production capacity is 2750t/d. A 2500t/d clinker production line

of Wulanchabu Zhonglian Cement Co., Ltd. is planned to be shut down on December 31, 2025 and dismantled after the completion of the asset disposal procedures of Tianshan Materials Co., Ltd. It is expected that the cement clinker production capacity will no longer be available before July 31, 2026. The original design capacity of the 5625t/d cement clinker production line

of Gulang Qilianshan Cement Co., Ltd. was 4500t/d. The supplementary capacity of 1125t/d is from the 4800t/d clinker line of Line 2 of Chongqing Changshou Southwest Cement Co., Ltd. (Of which 2250t/d is used in this project), the replacement ratio is 2:1, and the capacity is 5625t/d after replenishment. The 4800 t/d clinker line of Line 2 of

Chongqing Changshou Southwest Cement Co., Ltd. is planned to be dismantled and withdrawn on December 31, 2025. The original design capacity of the 3000t/d cement clinker production line

of Xiahe Qilianshan Anduo Cement Co., Ltd. is 2500t/d, and the supplementary capacity of 500t/d is from the 2500t/d clinker production line of Line 1 of Chongqing Qijiang Southwest Cement Co., Ltd. (Of which 1000t/d is used in this project), with a replacement ratio of 2:1. The production capacity is 3000t/d after replenishment. The 2500t/d clinker line of Line 1 of
