2. Key measures

1. Supervise Digang Conch to optimize the energy efficiency level of the 2500t/d clinker production line project, reduce the energy consumption per unit product, and meet the national quota standards.

2. To urge Credit Suisse Cement to promote capacity replacement and withdrawal. After the capacity index replacement project Zongyang Conch New Dry Process Cement Clinker Production Line Project with a daily output of 5583 tons was completed and put into operation, Credit Suisse Cement immediately suspended production and withdrew from relevant production capacity.

3. Urge Wuhu Conch to complete the fourth production line to eliminate the renewal of mechanical and electrical equipment.

4. Carry out the investigation and renovation of high energy-consuming mechanical and electrical equipment in the whole city, carefully sort out the list of backward energy-consuming equipment, and formulate and implement the elimination plan. Strengthen guidance and assistance to guide enterprises to replace old and backward equipment with energy-saving equipment that meets the requirements of energy efficiency level.

Wuhu Conch Cement's high energy-consuming mechanical and electrical equipment has been replaced in place, Digang Conch's energy efficiency level has reached the national quota standard, and Credit Suisse Cement has accelerated its capacity replacement and withdrawal.
