According to the requirements of the Steady Growth Work Plan for Building Materials Industry (2025-2026), cement enterprises need to formulate a special capacity replacement plan for the capacity exceeding the project record by the end of 2025, so as to achieve the standardization and unification of the actual capacity and the record capacity.
At present, it is less than half a month before the deadline, and cement enterprises are accelerating the work related to capacity replacement.
On December 16-17, the Department of Industry and Information Technology in many places intensively publicized and released the capacity replacement plans of cement enterprises within its jurisdiction, with a total of 10 production lines withdrawn and a capacity of 27300t/d.
1. Jiangxi Yadong Cement withdraws from a 4000t/d clinker production line, and the production capacity is used to supplement two 6000t/d clinker production lines in the same plant area. After the supplement, the production capacity is 8000 t/d, and the replacement ratio is 1:1.
2. A 2500t/d clinker production line of Anhui Langxi Nanfang Cement Co., Ltd., of which 1500t/d production capacity is used to supplement a 4500t/d clinker production line of Anhui Guangde Hongshan Nanfang Cement Co., Ltd.; The remaining capacity of 1,000t/d is used to supplement a 5,000t/d clinker production line of Anhui Guangde Southern Cement, with a replacement ratio of 1.5: 1.
3. Dafang Yonggui Building Materials Co., Ltd. withdrew from a 2500t/d clinker production line, which was also used to supplement the two southern cement production lines mentioned above (No.2). After the supplement, Guangde Hongshan Southern Cement Production Line was adjusted from 4500 t/d to 6350 t/d, and Guangde Southern Cement Production Line was adjusted from 5000 t/d to 6066 t/d.
4. Wulanchab u Zhonglian Cement withdraws from a 2500t/d clinker production line, of which 1500t/d production capacity is used to supplement a 2000t/d clinker production line of Yongdeng Qilian Mountain Cement . The capacity after supplementation is 2750t/d, and the replacement ratio is 2:1.
5. Chongqing Changshou Southwest Cement withdraws from a 4800 t/d clinker production line, of which 2250t/d production capacity is used to supplement a 4500t/d clinker production line of Gulang Qilianshan Cement. After supplementation, the production capacity is 5625 t/d, and the replacement ratio is 2:1.
6. A 2500t/d clinker production line of Chongqing Qijiang Southwest Cement is withdrawn, of which 1000t/d production capacity is used to supplement a 2500t/d clinker production line of Xiahe Qilianshan Cement. After supplementation, the production capacity is 3000t/d, and the replacement ratio is 2:1.
7. Yatai Group Tieling Cement withdrew from a 2500t/d clinker production line, of which 1500t/d production capacity was used to supplement the 4000t/d clinker production line of Liaoning Fushan Cement. After the supplement, the production capacity was 5000t/d, and the replacement ratio was 1.5: 1.
8. Guizhou Qiangui Sanhe Cement withdraws from a 2500 t/d clinker production line, of which 1750 t/d is used to supplement a 4000 t/d clinker production line of Guizhou Jinjiu Cement , with a capacity of 5166 t/d after supplement. The remaining 750t/d is used to supplement a 4500t/d clinker production line of Guizhou Qiangui Jinzhou Building Materials Co., Ltd., with a capacity of 5000t/d after supplement, and the replacement ratio is 1.5: 1.
9. A 1000t/d clinker production line of Kaiyuan Cement is withdrawn, and the production capacity is used to supplement a 5500 t/d clinker production line of Guangxi Pearl Cement. After the supplement, the production capacity is 6000t/d, and the replacement ratio is 2:1.
10. Chengmei Building Materials Co., Ltd. of Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture withdrew from a 2500t/d clinker production line, and the production capacity was used to supplement a 4500t/d clinker production line of Jiangxi Yingpeng Cement. After the supplement, the production capacity was 5750t/d, and the replacement ratio was 2:1.
