Hou Guangchao said that the core advantage of high temperature and high dust SCR technology is that the investment cost is lower , but its short board is also very prominent- the stability of system operation is difficult to guarantee for a long time.

Hou Guangchao pointed out that at present, the phenomenon of peak staggering and coordinated production restriction is common in the cement industry, and the cement clinker production line has more times of kiln shutdown and discontinuous operation. Under this condition, the long-term stability problem of high-temperature and high-dust SCR technology is not easy to appear; but if the cement kiln enters the long-term operation state, the disadvantage of the technology in stability will be highlighted, which will become the key factor restricting the enterprise to achieve ultra-low emission of pollutants. Based on the comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of the two technologies, Hou Guangchao gave a clear selection suggestion: if conditions permit, cement enterprises should give priority to the selection of high temperature and low dust SCR technology .
Of course, high temperature and low dust SCR also has some key points that enterprises need to focus on. Hou Guangchao emphasized that the current high temperature and low dust SCR technology scheme is very mature, different manufacturers have little difference in core components such as catalysts, and the core differences in technology are actually concentrated on high temperature dust collectors .
For the selection of high-temperature dust collectors, Hou Guangchao put forward two key considerations: one is resistance , lower resistance means lower energy consumption, which can directly help enterprises reduce the cost of environmental protection; Second, life , if the high temperature dust collector can not guarantee a long service life, even if the short-term operation data is excellent, the loss outweighs the gain for cement enterprises.
He also gave an example to illustrate that after a cement enterprise adopted the high temperature and low dust SCR project of a manufacturer, the initial data performance was excellent, but only 10 days later, a large number of filter bags were damaged , and the dust collector had to be re transformed, resulting in serious economic losses.
Hou Guangchao reminds cement enterprises that when choosing high temperature and low dust SCR technology scheme, they should combine their own production conditions, refer to the successful cases of long-term stable operation in the industry, and do not blindly pursue short-term paper data, especially focusing on the resistance control and service life guarantee of high temperature dust collector.
