On December 12, the general contracting (EPC) of the 1 million kilowatt photovoltaic power generation project in Wusu City, Tacheng District, Xinjiang, issued a tender announcement, and the owner of the project is Yancheng Maitan New Energy Development Co., Ltd.
It is reported that the project is located in Wusu City, Tacheng District, Xinjiang . The bidding scope includes but not limited to project design, filing, access scheme approval, equipment procurement and supply, civil engineering and installation construction, supply and installation of all equipment and systems in the project, inspection, test, commissioning, trial operation, completion acceptance, etc. Details are as follows:
The estimated contract price of the project is about RMB 2,630 million . In terms of
performance, this tender requires the bidder (any party of the consortium) to bid since December 1, 2022 (subject to the time of signing the contract). It has undertaken the general contracting performance of power projects with a single contract cost of 1.5 billion yuan or more. The construction period of
a single project (filing-grid connection) shall not exceed 360 calendar days in principle.
This tender accepts the formation of a consortium, with no more than three members. The deadline for
bidding is 15:00 on December 19, 2025.
