Anhui Digang Conch Cement Co., Ltd. has a 2000 t/d cement clinker production line. Due to its small scale and high energy consumption, it is planned to replace the production capacity with two 4500 t/d cement clinker production lines in the same plant area.

On January 9, Wuhu Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology issued a public announcement on the capacity replacement scheme of the cement clinker production line of Digang Conch Cement Co., Ltd.

According to the requirements of the Measures for the Implementation of Capacity Replacement in the Cement and Glass Industry (Version 2024) (original [2024] No.206 of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology) and other documents, the Capacity Replacement Plan for the Cement Clinker Production Line of Anhui Digang Conch Cement Co., Ltd. On October 13, the Office of Industry and Information Technology of Jiangxi Province announced that due to the revision of the policy of capacity replacement in the cement and glass industry by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Office of Industry and Information Technology of Jiangxi Province decided to abolish the Rules for the Implementation of Capacity Replacement in the Cement and Glass Industry of Jiangxi Province (Gongxin Regulation No.2024) from the date of issuance of the notice, and to abolish the "Rules for the Implementation of Capacity Replacement in the Cement and Glass Industry of Jiangxi Province". The capacity replacement of cement and glass industry in the whole province will be handled in accordance with the relevant policies of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology in the future.
