Shaanxi Building Materials Science and Technology Group Co., Ltd. The application scope

of one general manager of Fuping Company (middle-level management level 3)

is open to the internal competition of Shaanxi Building Material Science and Technology Company (see the annex "Application Form for Open Competition" for details)

. Competition conditions include basic conditions, qualifications and post conditions.

(1) Basic conditions

1. High political literacy, strong sense of innovation, strong ability to manage enterprises, correct view of performance, good professional ethics and personal conduct, and democratic work style.

2. Have the necessary professional knowledge and experience to perform the duties of the post, and be familiar with relevant policies, laws and regulations.

3. Those who have not been punished by Party discipline, administrative discipline, admonition and encouragement, or organizational treatment, or who have been punished but whose period of influence has expired and whose appointment has not been affected.

4. The assessment results of the current posts in 2024 are competent or above.

5. Have the physical conditions to perform their duties normally.

(2) Qualifications

1. Have relevant work experience in competitive positions, have good work performance, and have strong production and management capabilities.

2. Age: below 45 years old (born in 1980 or later).

3. Bachelor's degree or above in national sequence.

4. Have intermediate and above professional and technical titles.

(3) Post conditions

1. The middle-level three-level management post of Shaanxi Coal Group holds the current position, or has been in the middle-level four-level post for two years, or has been in the middle-level four-level post and the next level post for five years.

2. Have not less than 5 years of grass-roots front-line work experience, familiar with the actual production of Fuping Company, and have the background, professional knowledge and practical experience of cement manufacturing technology and materials science.

3. Have two or more years of Party age and have some experience in Party building.

(4) Circumstances

of not participating in competitive employment 1. The period of punishment or the period of influence of punishment has not expired.

2. The results of the annual assessment in the past three years are basically competent or incompetent.

Competition process and time arrangement

4. List announcement: The Party and Mass Work Department of Shaanxi Building Materials Technology Co., Ltd. will conduct a review on the basis of the preliminary review according to the competition conditions, determine the list of qualified personnel for qualification review and publicize the results of qualification review (publicity time: January 5-9, 2026). If there are less than 3 qualified personnel for the post qualification review, the post competition will be cancelled.

(4) The full score of written examination

is 100. According to the requirements of the competitive position, the third-party evaluation organization shall adopt appropriate methods. They are ranked according to the written examination results.

(5) Interview

1. Speech (40 points): The candidate will make a speech in combination with the position.

2. Interview (60 points): The interview is organized by a third-party evaluation organization in a semi-structured way.

(6) The candidates

are ranked according to the total score = written test score * 60% + (speech + interview) score * 40%, and the candidates are determined by the ratio of 1:2. The results of the

(8) After the appointment

probation period shall be one year. During the probation period, remuneration shall be paid according to the post. At the end of the probation period, the employee shall be formally employed if he passes the examination and dismissed if he fails to pass the examination.
