On December 26, Guizhou Provincial Office of Industry and Information Technology issued a public announcement on the capacity replacement scheme of the new dry process cement production line with a daily output of 3200 tons of clinker in Shuicheng Conch Panjiang Cement Co., Ltd.

The announcement shows that the 3200t/d clinker new dry process cement production line of Shuicheng Conch Panjiang Cement Co., Ltd., of which 1700t/d production capacity is replaced to the 4000t/d production line of the same plant of the company, and the capacity is 5700t/d after compliance supplement, with a replacement ratio of 1:1; The remaining 1,500t/d (1,000t/d for the Project) is transferred to the 4,500t/d production line of Guiding Conch Panjiang Cement Co., Ltd., and the capacity is 5,500t/d after compliance supplement, with a replacement ratio of 1.5: 1.
