Luopu Tianshan has invested 120 million yuan to upgrade environmental protection facilities and equipment, such as energy-saving fans and permanent magnet motors, to significantly reduce energy consumption. Construct 44 intelligent material storage sheds and fully enclosed storage systems, and install conveyor belt dust covers to realize fully enclosed material transportation and reduce unorganized dust emission from the source; install pulse bag-type dust collectors in the dust production links such as storage and crushing, and control the emission of particulate matter below 10 mg/m ³. The ultra-low emission transformation of composite desulfurization was implemented, and the emission concentration of sulfur dioxide was reduced from 200mg/m ³ to 35mg/m ³; SNCR denitrification technology was applied to ensure that the emission of nitrogen oxides was superior to the industry standard. In terms of raw material ratio, the innovative dynamic optimization algorithm accurately locks the clinker blending to the peak efficiency of 78.06%, and improves the resource utilization efficiency while ensuring the product strength. The effect of process optimization is remarkable. The outlet temperature of the preheater is reduced by 20 ℃ after the modification of the inner cylinder of the first stage cyclone. The waste heat power station "turns waste heat into treasure", generates more than 55 million degrees of electricity annually, continuously outputs clean electricity, and achieves win-win economic and environmental benefits. In the
face of the extremely fragile desert frontier, Luopu Tianshan, supported by science and technology, explores the coordinated development mode of "deep carbon reduction in production, effective carbon sequestration in ecology and recycling of resources", and successfully transforms the ecological disadvantage into the advantage of green development.
