From a blueprint in Indonesia to a brightly lit smart factory today, North Soviet Conch has experienced a transformation from scratch.

My name is Sunario Dasinangon, and now I am the assistant squad leader of the mine transportation section. Ten years ago, I rode my motorcycle through the rice fields and came to this land still covered with weeds. At that time, the road was bumpy and muddy, and no one believed that "conch" would really build a factory here. But before long, heavy machinery came in, and a modern cement factory sprang up in the rainforest.

I am Anthoneta Elly, the village factory integration liaison officer, responsible for the communication and cooperation between the company and the surrounding villages and towns. At first, some villagers were worried about the cultural and religious differences between the two sides. But Conch's practical actions quickly dispelled these concerns-it not only fully respects our culture, but also actively integrates into everyone's life.

I am Tika Ginoga from Subora Ang Mengdu County, North Indonesia. In 2019, I had the honor to be an overseas student jointly selected by Beisu Conch and the county government to study computer network engineering in China. It was the first time I left my hometown and the first time I really saw the outside world. After graduation, I returned to Indonesia and joined the North Soviet Conch as a coal mill operator. From the classroom to the factory, I completed the transformation from a student to an engineer. I am grateful to conch for not only broadening my horizons and acquiring skills, but also giving me the opportunity to contribute what I have learned to my country. And I am not an example, every year the company will send outstanding Indonesian students to study in China, and send the company's management backbone to visit the headquarters of Conch for training.
