On December 30, the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Shandong Province issued a public announcement on the replacement plan of supplementary production capacity of Shandong Pinani Rongan Cement Clinker Production Line, with the publicity period from December 30, 2025 to January 14, 2026. The original design capacity of
Shandong Pinani Rongan cement clinker production line is 4,000t/d, and the supplementary capacity of 1,250t/d comes from a 2,500t/d production line of Shandong Shanlu Environmental New Materials Co., Ltd. (2,500t/d is all used for the replacement capacity of this project). The replacement ratio is 2:1, and the capacity after supplement is 5,250t/d.
