01 Ecological restoration: The mine is green and full of
vitality. In the construction of green mine, Nanjing Zhonglian actively promotes ecological restoration with the "trilateral" mining mode. Through scientific planning, the company's slope greening rate exceeds 90%, and the green coverage area exceeds 200000 square meters. More than 30000 trees and 50000 trees and shrubs have been successfully cultivated by using technologies such as bench mining, flexible vegetation bags, hanging nets and spray seeding, so as to eliminate the risk of geological disasters from the source and restore the green vitality of the mine. In 2021, the enterprise will build Tiger Cave Peak Park according to the standard of 3A scenic spot, planting more than 50 kinds of flowers, trees and fruit trees in the park, building 1300-meter Rainbow Road and pavilions, forming a beautiful ecological leisure space in all seasons. With outstanding achievements, Nanjing Zhonglian was awarded as the pilot unit of green mines in Jiangsu Province in 2019; ranked in the list of national green mines in 2021; awarded as "Excellent Case of Digital Mine Integration Development to Improve Intrinsic Safety Level" in 2023; and selected as "Typical Case of Green Mine Construction in Jiangsu Province" in 2024.
02 Intelligent Enabling: Technology Leads Green and Efficient
Nanjing Zoomlion promotes industrial upgrading through technological innovation and intelligent management. In the field of green production, the recovery rate of ore is as high as 98% by using dry belt dust collection drilling, digital electronic detonator smooth blasting and other technologies. The crushed ore is hermetically transported by a closed belt conveyor to completely eliminate dust pollution. The whole process dust reduction system covers all aspects of production, reduces dust generation from the source, suppresses dust flying in real time, and ensures dust emission up to the standard. The "Intelligent Environmental Protection" system, which is launched synchronously, monitors PM2.5 and PM10 data 24 hours in real time, and forms a "all-weather, full coverage" dust control network. In terms of intelligent upgrading, Nanjing Zhonglian relies on the Internet of Things and 5G technology to build an intelligent mine system of "one center, three platforms and two systems" to promote the digital management of the whole process of production, safety and environmental protection. The mine data center coordinates the overall situation, the digital mining and production management platform realizes accurate scheduling and efficient management, and the safety monitoring and intelligent management and control system responds to real-time early warning. At the same time, green facilities such as solar street lamps and high-voltage remote sprinklers are widely used, saving about 40000 degrees of electricity annually. Through a series of measures, the production efficiency has been increased by 30%, the operating cost has been reduced by 15%, and the win-win situation of ecological and economic benefits has been achieved. 2024, Nanjing Zhonglian was awarded the title of "Jiangsu Ecological Civilization Demonstration Education Base", which is a strong proof of the green practice of enterprises.
