According to the transfer information, Dezhou Jusheng New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was established in June 2021 with a registered capital of 20.888 million yuan and a paid-in capital of 19.0081 million yuan. Its business scope covers the research and development of high-efficiency and energy-saving technologies in the power industry; Photovoltaic power generation equipment leasing, resource recycling technology research and development, etc.

The company is jointly owned by Jingneng (Decheng District) New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. and Jiangxi Electric Power Construction Co., Ltd., 91% and 9% respectively. Among them, Jiangxi Electric Power Construction has subscribed RMB 1,879,900 yuan and paid RMB 0 yuan, and the Transferee shall undertake the obligation to pay up the above unpaid capital contribution.

In 2024, Jusheng New Energy realized revenue of 19.0757 million yuan, operating profit of 10.9389 million yuan and net profit of 11.2278 million yuan. By the end of 2024, the Company had total assets of RMB 198.4149 million and total liabilities of RMB 168.1206 million.
