(2) Expanding the application of grid-side energy storage. We will promote the construction of independent energy storage power stations at key grid nodes such as load-intensive access, large-scale new energy convergence, and large-capacity DC feed-in. New energy storage power stations should meet the requirements of safe and stable operation of power systems, complete corresponding performance tests and grid-related tests, have the ability to automatically regulate active and reactive power according to dispatching instructions, and standardize the configuration of secondary systems such as monitoring systems and communication information, upload operation information to power dispatching agencies according to procedures, and accept and execute dispatching instructions. 4. Leading the integration

of new energy storage innovation (8) Vigorously promoting technological innovation. 5. Strengthen the construction

6. Accelerate the improvement of

The competent energy departments of all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) should adhere to the planning guidance, scientifically calculate the demand for regulation capacity in the region, coordinate and clarify the development scale and layout of new energy storage and other regulation resources, report the planning and construction of new energy storage annually, and summarize the development experience. Support the participation of multiple subjects in investing in new energy storage, and encourage private enterprises to play a greater role in the development of new energy storage. We will guide financial institutions to provide loans and interest rate support to enterprises in the field of new energy storage, and explore financial leasing to support new " (20) to enhance talent security.
