The announcement shows that in order to respond to the requirements of potential bidders and provide them with more time to prepare, it has been decided to postpone the bidding application, which was originally scheduled to close at 00 on September 13, 2025, to 17 on September 22, 2025. Other contents in the original tender announcement and tender documents remain unchanged.
It is understood that the project is located in Wenchang Town, Chun'an County, Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province, with a planned capacity of 11.5MW. It is planned to install 620 Wp components of 18550 blocks, and two new 10 kV switching stations will be built. The specific scope is as follows:
The total construction period of the project is planned to be two and a half months , and the project is planned to start before September 30, 2025 (subject to the notice of commencement issued by the tenderee or supervisor). The grid connection will be completed on December 20, 2025. The bid closing time of the
project is 17:00 on September 28, 2025 , and the bid opening time is 10:00 on September 29.
