Project overview: your company's original Environmental Impact Report Form for the Construction Project of Shaoyang Shaofeng Building Materials Co., Ltd. with an Annual Output of 50,000m3 of Commercial Concrete. In August 2017, it obtained the environmental assessment reply (Shaoxian Huan Pi [2017] No.15) issued by Shaoyang County Branch of Shaoyang Ecological Environment Bureau (formerly Shaoyang County Environmental Protection Bureau), and completed the independent acceptance in November 2019. Now your company invests 5 million yuan, including 290000 yuan for environmental protection, to expand a ready-mixed commercial concrete mixing station with an annual output of 300000 m3 in the original project site. After the expansion, the production scale will be increased from the existing 50,000 m3/a to 350,000 m3/a.
The main construction contents are as follows: 2 cement silos, 1 fly ash silo, 1 mineral powder silo, etc., and supporting corresponding storage and transportation works and environmental protection works, and others rely on the original works. The plant covers a total area of 9,786.7 m2 . The products are C15, C20, C25, C30 and C35 commercial concrete, and the main raw materials are gravel, cement, mineral powder, fly ash, admixture, etc.
The project has not been approved to be built first, and Shaoyang Ecological Environment Bureau has dealt with it in accordance with the law, and this is to complete the EIA procedures.
