On September 16, Jingke Energy issued a shareholder inquiry transfer pricing announcement.
The announcement shows that according to yesterday's (September 15) inquiry purchase situation, the preliminary determination of the inquiry transfer price is 4.9 yuan per share . The shares to be transferred in this inquiry transfer have been fully subscribed, and the transferees are initially determined to be 22 institutional investors , with a total of 400,208,099 shares to be transferred .
Earlier, on September 13, Jingke Energy issued a shareholder inquiry transfer plan. The shareholders who intend to participate in the pre-IPO shareholder inquiry transfer of Jinko Energy are Jinko Energy Investment Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as "Jinko Energy Investment"), Shangrao Runjia Enterprise Management Development Center (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Shangrao Runjia"), Shangrao Zhuoling II Enterprise Development Center (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Shangrao Zhuoling II"), Shangrao Kaitai II Enterprise Development Center (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Shangrao Kaitai II"). The total number of shares to be transferred by the above
four shareholders is 400,208,099 shares, accounting for 4% of the total share capital of JinkoSolar. The announcement shows that the reason for the transfer is their own capital needs . The actual controllers
of JinkoSolar are Li Xiande, Chen Kangping and Li Xianhua. Among them, Li Xiande and Li Xianhua are brothers, and Chen Kangping is the brother of Li Xiande's spouse.
According to the equity relationship, there is a relationship between the above four shareholders. The four enterprises involved in the transfer are actually controlled by the above three people.
It is reported that this is the first time that the major shareholders of Jingke Energy have reduced their holdings since its listing.
According to the above pricing information, the shareholders of Jingke Energy can gain 1.961 billion yuan through the transfer of shares.
On September 16, Jingke Energy closed at 5.46 yuan per share, down 0.73% on that day.
