In order to ensure the efficient operation of API (American Petroleum Institute) standard system and continuously improve the quality management level, Hami Qingsong Building Materials Co., Ltd. launched a three-day internal audit of API system on September 9, 2025, with the participation of quality managers of various departments (workshops) and internal auditors of the company. Accurately "feel the pulse" for system optimization. Before the

audit, the comprehensive management department of the company held a special meeting to define the scope of the audit based on API standards and company system documents, focusing on key links such as production process, quality inspection and material management, and strictly enforcing work discipline to ensure objective and comprehensive investigation of problems. During the audit period, the internal audit team comprehensively reviewed the achievement of quality objectives, the effectiveness of process control and risk control measures of each department by means of on-site inspection, document access and staff interviews, focusing on digging out hidden dangers in high-risk links such as raw material inspection, key production parameter monitoring and cement delivery, and providing rectification suggestions for non-conformities on site.


The internal audit not only tested the effectiveness of the API system, but also built a platform for the exchange of departmental experience, and further strengthened the awareness of "systematic management and quality" of the whole staff. The audit team sorted out the improvement directions such as process refinement and record improvement on the spot, and confirmed the rectification ideas with the responsible departments to lay a solid foundation for the smooth development of the subsequent API external audit.
