2025, our Bureau conducted an on-site inspection of your company and found that your company had carried out the following acts:
piling up sand and gravel materials in the open space on the north side of your company's factory area. It is not effectively covered and dust-proof measures such as tight enclosure not lower than height of the stack are not taken.
The above facts are proved by the following evidences:
1. A copy of your company's business license, a copy of the identity card of the legal representative, a copy of the power of attorney, and a copy of the identity card of the person in charge of the site, proving the identity of the legal person Kong Lingzhou and the person in charge of the site Chen Zhen;
2.
