The list shows that the second batch of new A-level, B-level and leading enterprises in the province in 2025 are 92, of which 20 are related to cement and concrete in key industries (branches), and one is Sinoma Zhuzhou Cement Co., Ltd; Liuyang Huajia Racecourse Environmental Protection Building Materials Co., Ltd., Hunan Zhushi Concrete Co., Ltd., Hunan Huajian New Material Technology Co., Ltd. and other 19 companies are to be evaluated as leading.

Recently, the Department of Ecology and Environment of Hunan Province announced the list of new A-level, B-level and leading enterprises in the second batch of key industries in Hunan Province in 2025. The publicity period is from September 16, 2025 to September 22, 2025.
