According to the announcement, three enterprises were selected in the tender , namely, Guiyang Survey and Design Institute Co., Ltd. of China Electric Power Construction Group, Hebei Electric Power Survey and Design Institute Co., Ltd. of China Electric Power Construction Group and Sichuan Electric Power Design Consulting Co., Ltd. Among them, Guiyang Investigation, Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd. of China Power Construction Group ranked the first candidate with a 192498 of 19.87 million yuan . After calculation, the bidding unit price of the company is 2.75 yuan/W .
It is understood that the project is located in Yecheng County , Kashgar Prefecture, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, with a photovoltaic scale of 700000 kilowatts . Supporting 70000 kilowatts/140000 kilowatt-hours of energy storage , the construction of a 220 kilovolt booster station, photovoltaic sand control lock boundary plot is Yecheng County No.1, sand control area of 21000 mu.
