Tianshan shares announced on the evening of February 11 that the first meeting of the ninth board of directors of the company was held on February 11, 2025 by means of on-site video. The Proposal on the Election of the Chairman of the Ninth Session of the Board of Directors of the Company, the Proposal on the Appointment of the President of the Company, the Proposal on the Appointment of Senior Management of the Company and the Proposal on the Appointment of the Secretary of the Board of Directors of the Company were considered and approved.
It was agreed to elect Mr. Zhao Xinjun as the chairman of the ninth session of the board of directors of the Company for a term commencing from the date of approval of the election and ending on the expiry date of the term of the ninth session of the board of directors. It was agreed to appoint Mr. Zhao Xinjun as the president of the Company for a term commencing from the date of appointment and ending on the expiry date of the term of the ninth session of the Board.
It was agreed to appoint Mr. Zhao Xufei, Mr. Man Gaopeng, Mr. Zhang Hua, Mr. Liu Zonghu, Mr. Jiang Dehong and Mr. Luo Xiaohua as the vice presidents of the Company; it was agreed to appoint Mr. Zhao Xufei as the chief financial officer of the Company. The term of office of the above
senior management shall commence from the date of appointment and end on the expiry date of the term of the ninth session of the Board.
It was agreed to appoint Ms. Li Xueqin as the secretary of the board of directors of the Company for a term commencing from the date of appointment and ending on the expiry date of the term of the ninth session of the board of directors.
