On February 10, the tender announcement for EPC general contracting of the first batch of 80 MW distributed industrial and commercial photovoltaic power generation projects in Honghe Prefecture in 2026 was issued, and the tenderer was Xi'an Aviation Investment (Yunnan) New Energy Co., Ltd.
The announcement shows that the project is to install photovoltaic modules in the factory buildings of Yunnan Industrial Park and build photovoltaic power generation systems on the roofs of existing buildings, including DC power generation systems, AC-DC inverter systems, civil engineering, etc. It is planned to construct an installed capacity of 80MW in the final period.
The project is planned to invest about 200 million yuan , including the procurement and construction of equipment foundation and bracket, the procurement and installation of photovoltaic modules , the cable construction and cable laying of photovoltaic power generation system. Data transmission system, monitoring system installation and grid connection commissioning, etc. The total planned duration of the
project is 360 calendar days . Consortium bidding is accepted
in this tender , but the number of consortium units shall not exceed 2, and the consortium leader must be a unit with construction qualification and undertaking the construction task of this project. The
bidding documents shall be obtained from February 10 , 2026 to February 24 , 2026 (from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 14:00 p.m. to 17:00 p.m. every day, excluding statutory holidays). The bid
closing/opening time is 14:00 on March 5, 2026.
