Recently, the Bureau of Ecology and Environment of Xishuangbanna Prefecture, Yunnan Province, announced that the environmental impact assessment document of Mengxing Cement Limestone Mine Project in Mengla County of Yunnan Jianfeng Dazhan Cement Co., Ltd. was officially approved.
The mine project is located in Manheke Village, Mengxing Village Committee, Menglun Town, Mengla County. It is planned to build a new mining area, mine roads, industrial sites and ancillary works. The mining area is 34.44 hectares, and the mining elevation is 880 meters to 730 meters. The total investment of the project is 100 million yuan, including 7.905 million yuan for environmental protection.
It is reported that Yunnan Jianfeng Dazhan Cement Co., Ltd. plans to invest 997 million yuan to build a new dry cement production line with a daily output of 4000 tons of clinker . The kiln tail is equipped with double-series six-stage low-pressure loss cyclone preheater and TDF calciner, and supporting construction of pure low-temperature waste heat power generation system, desulfurization and denitrification system, etc. After the
project is put into operation, it is estimated that the annual clinker production capacity will be 1.24 million tons, the annual business income will be increased by about 400 million yuan, the investment recovery period will be about 8.79 years (including the construction period), and the internal rate of return on investment will be about 11.45%. The
approved limestone mine is the supporting raw material base of the production line.
As early as February 26, the clinker production line project has obtained the Construction Project Planning License (Jian Zi Di Mengla County 202600008 No.).
At present, the relevant approval procedures for raw material mines and cement production lines have been implemented one after another, and the overall project is steadily advancing.
