Notice, the format of the pollutant discharge permit (duplicate) in Annex 3 of the Notice on Issuing the Sample of the Commitment Letter for Pollutant Discharge Permits, the Application Form for Pollutant Discharge Permits and the Format of Pollutant Discharge Permits (Huan Gui Cai [2018] No.80) shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of this Notice.
