According to the design drawings, the equipment base of the slope platform must be poured with a 20 cm high concrete integral base with a strength grade of C30, and the underground burial depth shall not be less than 60 cm. However, the field measurement found that the actual strength of the base is far from the C30 standard, the interior is filled with a large amount of gravel, no steel bars, and the surface is only covered with a thin layer of cement mortar, which can be broken by hand.
On June 12, the relevant person in charge of the contractor told reporters that "some of them do not meet the quality requirements", but said that the design standard "should be C10 or C15, certainly not C30". The person in charge had previously promised to "rectify all in place" before June 10, but the reporter's return visit on June 13 found that the so-called rectification only smeared a layer of mortar on the surface of the base, the internal quality problems remained the same, and the hammer cracked and loosened. Along the high-speed investigation, it was found that there were also common base quality problems in the uninspected sections.
