China Cement Network Project Link shows that the resettlement service project (Phase VII) in Lucheng District of Wenzhou City has been established. The total investment of the project is 13.886 billion yuan, which is expected to drive the demand for 190000 tons of cement, 457800 cubic meters of concrete and 1.2957 million tons of sand and gravel.
This project plans to raise funds to purchase resettlement commercial housing with a residential and commercial office area of 863836 square meters, including 791200 square meters of residential area and 72636 square meters of commercial and office area for the resettlement of 3197 households (excluding commercial and office). The purchased houses include Plot A-33-01 of Central Tu Unit in Yangshuang District of Wenzhou City, Plot C-15 of Central Tu Unit in Yangshuang District of Wenzhou City, Plot A-06 of Huanglong Unit in Yangshuang District of Wenzhou City, Plot D-09 of Shoe Capital Unit in Fengshuang District of Wenzhou City, Plot E-26 of Shoe Capital Unit in Fengshuang District of Wenzhou City, Plot B-04 of Wuqiao Unit in Core District of Wenzhou City, Block 11-C-08 a, Light Industrial Park B-1, B-3, B-4, B-6, etc. of Shangdoumen Unit in the core area of Wenzhou City; Intelligent transformation and construction includes integrated management platform, integrated wiring system, visual intercom system, access control card system, perimeter prevention system, video surveillance and alarm system, parking management system, background music system, elevator linkage system, etc.
