In accordance with the relevant requirements of the Measures for the Implementation of Capacity Replacement in the Cement and Glass Industry (2024 Edition) (No.206 of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology), the Ganzhou District Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, in conjunction with the District Development and Reform Bureau, the Ganzhou Branch of the Bureau of Ecological Environment and the District Market Supervision Bureau, Complete the removal and withdrawal (disablement) acceptance of the 2500t/d cement clinker production line of Zhangye Qilianshan Cement Co., Ltd.; complete the removal and withdrawal (disablement) acceptance of the 2500t/d cement clinker production line of Zhangye Shandan Tieqi Cement Co., Ltd. by the Bureau of Industry, Information and Commerce of Shandan County, together with the Development and Reform Bureau of Shandan County, the Shandan Branch of the Ecological Environment Bureau and the Market Supervision Bureau of Shandan County. Zhangye Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, together with the Municipal Development and Reform Commission, the Municipal Bureau of Ecological Environment, the Municipal Market Supervision Bureau and industry experts, conducted on-site review. of Zhangye Qilianshan Cement Co., Ltd. has been dismantled, the grate cooler transmission equipment, C4/C5 cyclone discharge pipe, kiln tail transformer, raw mill transformer and kiln head coal injection pipe have been dismantled, and the application for change of pollutant discharge permit and production permit has been submitted. The rotary kiln cylinder of the 2500t/d cement clinker production line of Zhangye Shandan Tieqi Cement Co., Ltd. has been broken down to the ground, the grate cooler transmission system, the firing system process pipeline, the firing system power supply line and the power distribution cabinet have been dismantled, and the pollutant discharge permit and the production permit have been cancelled. The above two production lines do not have the conditions to resume production.
